Since I've worked for Trail Rider Magazine for the past many years, I have made friends and contacts all over the world. If there is some where you want to go riding, I can help make it happen.
No I don't have a fleet of bikes to rent, but you don't want to ride any one else's bike any how. Trust me, I thought testing bikes for the magazine was going to be a great treat, but it's pretty much miserable. So are rental bikes.
I've got a very particular set up (read fat) for my suspension and nothing is worse than riding a poorly sprung bike for many miles. You have your own bike set up the way you like it and rental bikes are painfully stock..
We're not in Kansas any more.
Now I can't offer full guide service, too darn many rules and regulations keep me out of that business, but I can help by selecting good spots to ride. I can help on shipping your bike, we offer custom crating service here at Wickeds, or I can haul your bike for you and your friends.
This last scenario is the one that works best. You select where you want to ride, I'll load up the bikes in my van and trailer and meet you there. You fly in, rent a car and suddenly Idaho is not that far away.
Arizona? New Mexico? Colorado? Utah? Baja? Canada? All these locations are easy to make happen. I have friends and connections to make trips happen all over the world too, I've ridden with Fred across Kenya Africa, I can help you find the same adventures. Flavio in Peru, or Nick in South Africa or Stephano in Ecuador, if you can dream up a location, there is a good chance I have a connection there who can help make your trip possible.
No it's not cheap, but if you want to go big and don't have the time to fiddle with the details, come in and talk to me.
Charlie
